First,

the middle,

is a hunting dog. It looks ferocious, hungry, nasty and vicious because
its mouth is opened with threatening fangs that
give us the impression that
it is going to bite.
In
the bottom right-hand corner, in the foreground,
there is Sherlock Holmes who
is holding a gun that
he is pointing at the hound. He is wearing black clothes.
Then,
at
the bottom
we can see a dark manor house which
seems/looks haunted and deserted.
Moreover,
the house is isolated in the middle of the moors and
it is surrounded by fog/mist, which
gives a mysterious and creepy atmosphere.

in
the top left-handcorner
there is a penguin which
is the editor's logo.
